1. Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the items in your cart. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not by itself guarantee that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may review or decline an order if there is a suspected payment or checkout error, inaccurate order information, suspected fraud, or an availability issue. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

Any taxes, shipping charges, or other amounts applicable to your order will be shown during checkout where applicable.

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at service@velrionpbe.com and include your order number. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the status of the order and our applicable store policies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, how to submit a request, and the conditions for refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before sending an item back. Returns must be authorized and meet the requirements stated in the policy.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may be corrected or updated when needed. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you with the available options before proceeding where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of Liability
