◈  1. Agreement at checkout

By submitting an order through velrionpbe.com, you agree to this Purchase Agreement and the linked Site policies. You represent that you are at least 18 or otherwise legally capable of forming a binding contract.

◈  2. Lawful purchasing

Products must be purchased, imported, possessed, and used in compliance with the laws of the destination and your local jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking local restrictions, compatibility, labeling, and permitted use before ordering.

◈  3. Order review and acceptance

The checkout screen and automated confirmation show that we received your request. A binding sale is accepted only after payment review and fulfillment approval. We may request identity or payment verification, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel all or part of an order for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, legal, destination, or operational reasons.

◈  4. Corrections and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment. We do not impose the source policy’s automatic 30% cancellation fee; however, non-refundable third-party or customized-order costs may be deducted only when clearly disclosed before purchase and allowed by law.

◈  5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product details. Measurements can vary slightly, screen settings may affect color, and packaging may be refreshed without changing the core product. Product-page details should be reviewed before purchase.

◈  6. Price display and errors

Prices are generally shown in U.S. dollars unless the Site says otherwise. Your card issuer may apply conversion rates or fees. We may correct obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we may ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.

◈  7. Payment authorization

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping and taxes shown at checkout. A payment authorization may be reversed if the order is declined or canceled.

◈  8. Stock and substitutions

Inventory indicators are estimates and may change quickly. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different item without consent. If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel it and refund the corresponding amount or contact you with options.

◈  9. Processing and dispatch

Most orders require 3–7 business days before dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, fraud review, high-volume events, address verification, and stock transfers may add time. Tracking is usually issued after handoff and may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

◈  10. Delivery estimate

Typical transit is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier congestion, remote-area routing, address issues, and public emergencies may affect timing.

◈  11. Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage, taxes, or local fees assessed by the destination. Refusal to pay these charges may affect refund eligibility to the extent permitted by law.

◈  12. Delivery information and risk

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the shipping contract. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, contact the carrier and us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

◈  13. Inspection after arrival

Please inspect the parcel soon after delivery. For an item that arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially defective, contact us promptly with the order number, packaging details, and clear photographs. Timely evidence helps us offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

◈  14. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be submitted for return within 180 days of delivery under the Return & Resolution Guide. Items must generally be unused, complete, and returned with original components and packaging unless the issue is damage or defect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days after inspection; banks may take additional time to post the credit.

◈  15. Final-sale and excluded goods

Items identified before purchase as final sale, personalized, made-to-order, hygienic or intimate goods once opened, perishable goods, downloadable content, gift cards, and products restricted by law may be ineligible for return unless defective or otherwise protected by mandatory law.

◈  16. Promotions

Unless a promotion says otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply only during the stated period, and may exclude selected products or shipping. We may cancel promotions affected by misuse, fraud, or obvious technical error.

◈  17. Product use and safety

Follow all instructions, warnings, intended-use guidance, and age restrictions supplied with the product. Stop using an item if damage, abnormal operation, or an adverse reaction is observed. Product information on the Site is not professional medical, legal, or technical advice.

◈  18. Warranties and legal rights

Any express warranty will be stated on the product page or included with the product. Otherwise, products are supplied subject to applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

◈  19. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where the law does not permit that limitation.

◈  20. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can attempt a practical resolution. Florida law governs this Purchase Agreement, except where mandatory law in your location applies. Any proceeding not resolved informally may be brought in a competent court serving Manatee County, Florida, unless another forum is required by law.

◈  21. Changes and severability

We may revise these terms prospectively. The version displayed when you place the order generally governs that purchase. If one clause is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
